A few weeks ago, my friend Jeff had a few people over for a Venus transit party. It was super cloudy in Atlanta that night, so we streamed NASA’s coverage of the transit on (a huge) television, and fired up Jeff’s awesome star projector and had a grand old time. Someone even brought UFO Hefeweizen which was so apropos I could barely stand it.

Doesn’t the sun look crazy in this picture? Space is so cool!
