We had so much fun being Suzy and Sam from Moonrise Kingdom this Halloween! Our weekend Halloween plans were a little thwarted when we might have had, um, a little too much to drink on Friday in order to be party animals on Saturday night, but we did dress up and go out for pie and coffee and play Settlers of Catan with friends. In costume. Yes.

Tonight, we went for two dollar Booritos at Chipotle. I’m trying to spot the front of the endless line in the picture above. (No luck!) We’re giving our full bellies a rest, and then we’re going to go out for pumpkin beers! I want to try Oakshire’s Big Black Jack, an Imperial Chocolate Pumpkin Porter. Sounds tasty!

I had a really hard time keeping a serious face in photos, but N killed it as Sam—he had his demeanor and pose down perfect.
